Unmilk: Jennifer Schäfer
Jennifer Schäfer studied Marketing Management in Cologne and Glasgow. After she moved to Hamburg she co- founded her first start up - a fashion tech start up that aimed to extend the lifetime of clothes in order to fight fast fashion. After the first start up was sold and working in the FMCG industry for some while, she founded UNMILK in 2020. UNMILK aims to turn the dairy world upside down, making plant based the new standard. UNMILK produces innovative plant drinks and shakes with a strong focus on good nutritional values and sustainability. The drinks and shakes are listed nationally at drug store chains, supermarket and quick commerce players as well as their own D2C shop unmilk.com.
Klein aber GmbH: Simon Kaiser
Simon Kaiser is the managing director of Klein aber. As a full-time Youtuber for brand channels, Simon advises companies on strategy, content and marketing. He has already proven his expertise in this area with clients such as eBay Kleinanzeigen, Google, Vattenfall, Aldi and Playstation, as well as more than 1,200 YouTube videos produced. Simon graduated in 2011 with a degree in film and television studies, specialising in directing, and founded the production company parcyvall together with Yannik Markworth. He worked there for five years as a director, producer, writer and editor before founding the YouTube agency Klein aber in 2016.

The federal association was founded in 2019 and counts over 120 players from startups to established companies and venture capital entities. Since 2017, he is co-founder of the coworking space Super7000 GmbH in Düsseldorf and founder of the platform #Foodnext. In 2019, he was voted "Top40under40" by Capital magazine. At the beginning of 2020, he was awarded the title "Young Global Leader" by the World Economic Forum.
